Monthly subscription

Link Pass costs RM19.90 per month and includes up to 20 bank statement, receipt, or invoice-file conversions during each billing month. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal. When cancellation is scheduled, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Your responsibility

You must have permission to upload each statement, receipt, or invoice. AI extraction, categories, ledger accounts, debits, and credits can contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing every entry before using the workbook for bookkeeping, tax, reporting, credit, or financial decisions.

File quality

Results depend on document clarity, completeness, language, layout, and password protection. Original PDFs and clear, well-lit document photos generally work better than screenshots or compressed images.

Refunds

Subscription charges are normally final after monthly access is provided. If a technical problem prevents conversion or a charge is incorrect, contact hello@linkpass.studio for review. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily refund the current billing period. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Availability

Download and keep your Excel file when it is generated. Link Pass does not promise permanent storage or later recovery of uploaded documents or generated workbooks. Journal entries are suggestions and are not tax or accounting advice.
