One-time purchase

Link Pass offers one-time resume purchases, not subscriptions. The Resume plan unlocks one browser-saved resume PDF export. Resume + ATS also unlocks job-description matching for that resume. A Job Match Pack is a separate RM9.90 one-time purchase that provides one search for 10 vacancies. Another pack is required for another 10.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every detail before applying. AI can improve wording and identify possible job-description matches, but it may make mistakes and must not be used to invent experience, qualifications, or achievements.

ATS scores

The match score is an informational comparison between the text you provide. It does not represent a specific employer's applicant tracking system and cannot guarantee an interview or hiring outcome.

Job listings

Job matches come from third-party listings and are ranked against the experience and skills in your resume. Link Pass excludes previously shown jobs when they are identifiable, but employers may change, duplicate, or close listings without notice. Always confirm the vacancy and application requirements on the original website before applying.

Refunds

Digital purchases are normally final after the features and download are unlocked. If a technical problem prevents access or a charge is incorrect, contact hello@linkpass.studio so it can be reviewed. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Availability

Keep a copy of your downloaded PDF. Browser drafts can be lost if local storage is cleared, a device is changed, or the browser removes site data.
