Document processing

Your bank statement, receipt, or invoice is uploaded only when you request a conversion. It is sent securely to our AI provider to extract transaction and suggested journal data. Link Pass does not operate a document library and does not intentionally retain the original document after the request finishes.

Generated Excel files

The Excel workbook is created in your browser from the extracted transaction data and downloaded directly to your device. Link Pass does not keep a copy of the downloaded workbook.

Payments

Stripe processes recurring subscription payments and provides us with your email, subscription status, billing-period information, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store complete card details. Billing changes and cancellations are handled in Stripe's customer portal.

Service information

We use limited request and purchase information to confirm access, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and keep legally required transaction records.
